SPARKLING COLLECTION
Our sparkling collection is a unique opportunity to try all of our current sparkling wines on offer: Tilsmore 2020, Tilsmore 2021 and Tilsmore 2021 Rosé. Inspired by the ancient woodland that shelters the vineyard on three sides and a love of local folklore, we set out to express the atmosphere of the land in the form of truly special small-batch sparkling wines. Each of our vintages are produced with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all of which are hand-harvested on the Tilsmore vineyard in Mayfield, East-Sussex. We believe these sparkling wines perfectly embody the refined elegance of a cooler climate, offering a delicately nuanced flavour.
