Produced using the Traditional Method, with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this Extra Brut Rosé features notes of red fruits, cherry blossom and toasted hazelnut, culminating in a distinctive, long finish.
Inspired by the ancient woodland that shelters the vineyard on three sides and a love of local folklore, we set out to express the atmosphere of the land in the form of truly special small-batch sparkling wines.
