Hand-harvested on the estate and produced using the Traditional Method, this Extra Brut Rosé has spent several years developing in the bottle, drawing depth from the iron-rich soil and the cool Sussex climate. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it carries notes of red fruits, cherry blossom and toasted hazelnut, with a long and distinctive finish.

Grown beneath the shelter of ancient woodland, in soil steeped in centuries of history, it is a wine that tastes of where it comes from.
